Streaming Liquidity Pool

A dark pool that that does not place a minimum size (block size) for each order. It allows participants to trade small quantities (lot shares of 100). Therefore, high frequency traders and small traders are permitted to take part, bringing liquidity to the pools. Different orders can be batched together to form a matching size for a large order.

Examples of streaming liquidity pools include Level, SigmaX, NYFIX, etc.
