YYIISO

An abbreviation for year-on year inflation indexed swaption; an inflation-indexed swaption which gives the holder the right to enter into a YYIIS (year-on-year inflation-indexed swap) at a prespecified date (on or before the option’s maturity date) for a preset swap rate.

There are two types of this swaption: payer YYIISO and receiver YYIISO.
